Happy Wars major update for Xbox One and Xbox 360 is available!
In this update, some useful information is added to the Lobby, the tutorial is renewed for clear learning, and there are many more features added/modified for a better Happy Wars life.

We Renewed the Tutorial “Happy Wars 101”!
Our interactive tutorial “Happy Wars 101” has been reborn.
The new tutorial is more entertaining and clear.
Even if you are already a skillful player, this might remind you of some forgotten basics…?
 

“High Grade Mark” has been added!
Did you know each equip item in Happy Wars has unique parameters?
Any item you can think of has almost a 7% difference between its maximum and minimum values on Attack Damage, Magic Attack Damage, Defense Damage, etc.
“High Grade Mark” is newly appeared on equip items which have the maximum value in all their parameters.
We named “High Grade Item” to the items with “High Grade Marks.”

If you have any “High Grade Items” it’s worth it to keep them!
At the beginning, you can check whether you find “High Grade Mark” in your item storage.
 

Four Features Are Newly Added to Matching Lobby!
・The text “Players Needed” displayed before all players have been found.
・Elapsed seconds during matchmaking.
・Estimated matching time.
・Advertising image of the current event and other.
Happy Wars multiplayer became more familiar and friendly with the new matchmaking screen.
Elapsed seconds and estimated time are especially functional when you change the equipment during matchmaking.



 
“Special Time” has been added
In Game Home, we set a 24 hours countdown timer before upcoming events.
Previously you had to return to the title screen when the Special Game opening time arrives, but from now on, you can play it smoothly without going back to the title screen.
Moreover, a “Special Time” banner is displayed during the event.
You are able to join the Special Game right away without checking the clock!
 

Warrior’s Skill “Shield Charge” has been adjusted
We modified the “Shield Charge” a little bit to make it more convenient
・Shortened the staggered time when hit by the skill when it is not charged or at level 1.
・Slightly extended the charging time between level 1 and 2.
・Slightly reduced the charging time between level 3 and 4.
・Shortened the attacking distance when the skill is activated without charging
 

Modified HP of “Death” in Co-op Mode
The HP self-recovery feature has been erased from the enemy “Death” in Co-op Mode.
We’ve increased the HP of “Death” instead.

The special match of this weekend is “Bounty Hunters.”

In “Bounty Hunters,” every player has his own bounty. When you kill enemies, your team earns points and your bounty rises depending on your contribution. The maximum bounty each one of you can have is 7.777 points.
Either team gets points by killing enemies, saving allies, and building towers, and the team who reaches 80,000 points wins.

In the later scenes bigger amounts of bounty are given and taken, so the battles become more and more exiting.
There are different ways to score points other than defeating enemies with a high bounty.
For example, your team earns 25,000 points by destroying the Big Tower.
In “Bounty Hunters”, the bounty for a character is reset when they are killed, so you might also win by gathering from characters with low bounty and destroying the big tower in an epic upset.
Work effectively with your allies, and pull off a victory with an unorthodox strategy!

“Bounty Hunters” will run for the whole weekend!

* From the update on April 21, returning to the title screen at the opening time is no longer necessary!
With the new feature “Special Time,” a countdown to the event will start 24 hours before it opens.
At the opening time, the Battle Menu will be automatically updated, and Special Games will be selectable.
You can now play “Bounty Hunters” straight way even if you were playing another game mode before the opening time.

The Limited Campaign this week is “Featured Item Snatch Campaign”.
It includes the items we are all expecting!

During the “Featured Item Snatch Campaign,” a Featured Item is guaranteed to appear each time you win a Super Premium Item in Happy Cards Limited Edition!
In the past, during this campaign the chances of Super Premium Items being Featured Items during Non-Happy Time was 50%. However, we changed the system so you can receive a Featured Item 100% of the times you get a Super Premium Item.
The rate of obtaining Super Premium Item is 100% during Happy Time, and 7% for the rest.


That Contest Winning Items have been added!

We added new equip items.
The Item Design Contest winner’s set has been added!
This time it’s “Ironrock Warrior Set,” which is the essence of warrior’s strength.
The “Ironrock Helmet” of melting hot iron and scarf-equipped “Ironrock Armor” are finally obtainable.
Furthermore, the weapon “Super Plume” is evolvable to “Armgeddon” at level 10.
This weapon is not just looking cool, it has “Anti-Guard Attack” buff, so it’s recommended for warriors with and aggressive playstyle.
