The following issues occurred with the Premium Buff Gem Campaign that began at 4 am February 21st EST/9 am February 21st UTC.
● Buff gems obtained in Happy Cards Limited Edition during the campaign were not Premium Buff Gems.
● Buff gems were not appearing in Happy Time in Happy Cards Limited Edition.
As of 5 am EST / 10 am UTC February 25th, these issues have been fixed.
Please return to the title screen and reenter the game in order for the changes to take place.
Players who were affected by the issue will receive compensation sometime in the near future.
