Temporary Measures for Co-op Freezing Issue

This is Happy Wars management team.

We implemented temporary measures for the Co-op freezing issue, and it is now effective as of August 12 (Wednesday).

Temporary Measures:
・Grim Reaper no longer appears in Co-op mode.
・Over all Co-op points that you can earn have been increased.

The freezing issue should be eased by removing Grim Reaper in the mode.

*Please go back to the Title Screen and re-enter the game in order to reflect the updated contents.

The development team is still working to find a complete solution.

協力モードフリーズ一時的対応

Happy Wars運営チームです。

8月12日(水)以降、協力モードでゲームがフリーズする問題について一時的な対応を行いました。

対応内容：
・協力モードに死神が登場しなくなりました。
・入手できる協力ポイントを全体的に増やしました。

死神が登場しなくなることにより、フリーズが緩和されます。

*更新内容を反映させるには、一度タイトル画面に戻りゲームに入りなおしてください。

開発チームは、現在も根本的な解決のために取り組んでおります。

“Happy Wars” and “Happy Dungeons” at ChinaJoy!


“Happy Wars” and “Happy Dungeons” offered playable demos at the Xbox booth at “ChinaJoy 2015“!

“ChinaJoy 2015” is the biggest game show in China held at Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 30 to August 2.
The venue is 300,000 square meters, and it was lively with approximately more than 270,000 visitors in four days.

Not only game enthusiasts attended, but also cosplayers and game developers joined, and it was a successful game show that people can experience how big the China market was.

 

Happy Dungeons and Happy Wars playable demos were very popular among wide range of age groups similarly to “Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong 2015”

 

As we saw how many local users enjoyed our games from opening to closing, it made us want to deliver the games as fast as possible for a lot more people to enjoy.

Moreover, Happy Dungeons was introduced at a stage event.

Many people stopped by and watched Happy Dungeons playable demo we demonstrated on the stage.

「ハッピーウォーズ」&「ハッピーダンジョン」ChinaJoy 2015 出展レポート！

「ChinaJoy 2015」のXboxブースに、Happy WarsとHappy Dungeonsの試遊台が2台出展されました。

「ChinaJoy 2015」は7月30日～8月2日に上海新国際博覧センターで開催された、中国最大規模のゲームショーです。
会場は30万平方メートルの広さを誇り、幕張メッセのおよそ4倍の広さとなります。

来場者は4日間で27万人を超え、ゲームファンだけでなくコスプレイヤーや開発者も参加しており、中国ゲーム市場のアツさを感じられる最高のゲームショーでした。

Happy DungeonsおよびHappy Warsの試遊台も非常に人気があり、「Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong 2015」と同様、幅広い年齢層の方が集まっていました。

開場から閉場まで途切れることなく多くの方に遊んでいただき、現地のユーザーの盛り上がりと直接ゲームを楽しむ姿を見ることができ、1日でも早く皆さまの手に届けたいという思いが高まりました。

また、ステージイベントでHappy Dungeonsが紹介されました。
その際には非常に多くの来場者が足を止め、Happy Dungeonsのプレイデモを熱心に見てくださいました。

更新：リーグ報酬が受け取れない不具合について

Happy Wars運営チームです。

8月6日(木)9時から22時30分頃まで、一部のユーザーがリーグ報酬を受け取れない不具合がXbox 360版で発生しておりましたが、現在は解決しております。

リーグ報酬を受け取れなかったユーザーは、調査後個別に対応いたします。

ユーザーの皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。

Update: About League Reward Issue

From August 6 (Thursday) UTC 0:00 to UTC 13:30, there was an issue where some players cannot receive their league rewards on Xbox 360 version, but it is now fixed.

For players who couldn’t receive the league rewards, we will return them individually after we look into records.

About League Reward Issue

This is Happy Wars management team.

After August 6 (Thursday) UTC 0:00, there is an issue where some players cannot receive their league rewards on Xbox 360 version.

This issue occurs when proceeding from Title Screen to Top Menu and the conditions listed below meet.
・You haven’t claimed your rewards yet.
・Title screen displays an error message.

It is currently under investigation, and we are doing our best to find a solution as soon as possible.
We may require some time to solve the issue completely. Thank you for your patience.
Please follow the steps below to avoid the problem occurring.

How to avoid the failure of receiving rewards:
If you see the error message above, please choose “Ok” without closing the window and quit “Happy Wars” with Guide Button on your controller.
Please try again later a bit while later.
When you don’t see the message above, you can proceed to Game Home as usual and you should receive rewards correctly.
If you still see the error message, please repeat the steps until it disappears.

We will announce again about what actions we take for those players who have already claimed rewards.

リーグ報酬が受け取れない不具合について

Happy Wars運営チームです。

8月6日(木)9時以降、一部のユーザーがリーグ報酬を受け取れない不具合がXbox 360版で発生しております。

この問題はタイトル画面からTop Menuへ移動する時、以下の条件を満たした場合に発生します。
・まだ今シーズンのリーグ報酬を受け取っていない
・タイトル画面で以下のエラーメッセージが表示される

弊社でも問題を認識しておりまして、一刻も早く問題を解消すべく取り組んでおりますので、ご理解とご了承を何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
問題の根本解決にはいましばらくお時間を頂戴します。
現状は以下の手順によって問題を回避していただくようお願いします。

問題の回避方法:
上図のエラーメッセージが出た時は決して「OK」を選択してダイアログを閉じず、Xbox ガイドボタン等からHappy Warsを終了させてください。
その後時間を置いて再度ゲームを開始してください。
上図のエラーメッセージが出なければ、通常通りGAME HOMEまで進行した後、正常にリーグ報酬を受け取ることができます。
もしまだエラーメッセージが出る場合は、表示が出なくなるまで上記手順を繰り返してください。

リーグ報酬を受け取れなかった方に関しましては別途対応させていただきますので、いましばらくお待ちいただけますようお願いします。
