We have an urgent information for Happy Wars players.
There is a glitch that initializes save data by taking specific steps. This will be patched for the next CU update.
Right now, taking steps below will reset your save data, so please DO NOT do the following.
How to:
1. Person A plays Happy Wars on Xbox 360 and quits the game.
2. Person B plays Happy Wars on Xbox One.
3. Person A tries to log in on Person B’s Xbox One Happy Wars right after quitting Xbox 360 Happy Wars.
4. Warning message: “Unable to start the game. Your profile is currently being used to play Happy Wars on a different console. Please try again later.” is displayed. Press A to close the message, then you are logged in with the initialized save data.
5. Continue playing the game and data is saved.
Please do not take the above steps because we cannot retrieve all data that has been lost.
If you proceed to Step 4, please do not play and quit immediately. If the initialized data isn’t saved, your data stays the original state.
In order to avoid this, please wait to play Xbox One after playing Xbox 360 until the warning message disappears. (Average about 15-30 minutes)
